April B. Boudreaux, CPA

Since joining the firm in 1989, April has extensive experience in accounting and auditing for small businesses, engineering and architectural firms, medical practices, restaurants, franchisees and franchisors, not-for-profits, employee benefit plans, and corporate, partnership and individual taxation.  She became partner in 1998.

April is a graduate of Spring Hill College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), where she has served on the executive committee for the Mobile Chapter.

Her community involvement includes the Junior League of Mobile, for which she has served on the board of directors as financial vice president, treasurer, and planning and research vice president.  She has also served as president and treasurer for the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Mobile and was chairman of the 2011 Providence Hospital Foundation Festival of Flowers.  She is active in other community organizations including Bay Are Tennis Association (past president), St. Paul’s Episcopal School’s parent council, and is a graduate of the Leadership Mobile Class of 2002.
